A busy weekend for members well done to Debbie, Caitlin, John, Niall, June, John & Irina who competed in trilaois where some escaped the camera, Baco completed his first duathlon in Tri an mhi, Anthony raced in fighting cocks 5k 10k, John, Ethna and Catriona raced laois county masters and junior road race championship, Stephen was flying it at Kilkenny duathlon, while George flew overseas to compete in the Manchester marathon well done all
