And what a series – there have been epic battles, with fellow competitors and the elements.
Today’s race was the polar opposite of last months’ race, which was a nice way to end this years’ series. Beautiful weather and lots of happy faces.
A massive thanks and well done to each and every one of you who have participated in our series this year, and to all the club members who helped to make it happen. We hope you all enjoyed all our events – the three duathlon races, and the junior duathlon race.
We at Athy Triathlon Club have loved every second of bringing this series to you, and look forward to having you all with us again for the series in 2018.
The very best of luck to each and every one of you for the rest of the racing season ahead. No doubt a few of us will cross paths over numerous events in the summer.
