So, with tri season in full swing we have lots of ATC members representing across the board.
Well done to Michelle Brennan, Niall Foley, Sean Brennan and Liam Brennan representing at the Firmus City of Derry Sprint Triathlon on 11th Jun. Special shout out to Michelle who was racing for the first time at Cat 1 level, and also a huge congrats to Sean who came 3rd in his AG. Well done to you all.
Well done to Lara Dillon who travelled to San Francisco to partake in the iconic ‘Escape from Alcatraz’. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, the swim portion was cancelled but that did not make the event any easier for the participants. Well done Lara on completing, what is known as, a seriously tough event.
Well done also to our own defence force members who competed in the Defence Forces sprint tri in Lilliput on 14th Jun. Peter O’Beirne and Conor Tiernan represented with Conor being first male home. Well done guys.
